In Vanlov, you can buy every kind of hair you need. We have straight hair, body wave, loose wave, deep curly, water curly, 613, wigs, etc. More over, we can customize hair for your needs. The main color of our hair is natural black. If you want other colors, we can customize for you.
Normally, we will ship the hairs out within 24 hours after the payment (except Saturday and Sunday) we ship your package by FedEx / DHL / TNT or EMS. And please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.We do NOT have overnight shipping.
According to different cities and regions, the time of receiving goods is different.
It takes 1-4 working days to arrive in the United States.

We accept refund in these situations:
1. Before your hair was shipped out, we can refund you unconditionally.
2. Within 7 days after receive the package, you can contact us. You can send back the hair after confirmation. After we receive and check it, we will refund you.
3. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the hair extension(wave) is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
