1.How many bundles should I purchase?
If you want to full fill one head, 3 bundles will be okay. If the hair is over 18”, 4 bundles should be better. Also if you do not have leave out, you could try to 3 bundles with closure, 3 bundles with front closure, it will save your more money.
2.What length should I Purchase?
All bundles must be measured to the stretch. With that said, please keep in mind that you will need to accommodate for its curl pattern when selecting your desired length.
3.Which payment method do you accepted ?
we accept paypal, credit card, debit cart, klarna, payment, you could choose the different payment when you checkout
4.How long do the hair bundles last?
Our bundles typically last for 6-8 months, if cared for properly, it can be last for 1 year.
5.Can the hair be colored and bleached?
Yes,the hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easierto darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can not get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.
6.Will the hair be shedding or tangle?
A few strands initial shedding of new hair is normal.We always suggest customer seat weft before installing and brushing it with wide-tooth comb.Usually,our hair will not tangle because it is cuticle intact human hair.However,dryness,oil & dirt build-up,salt water or not combing out daily will lead to tangle and shedding.Please follow hair care instruction and use good shampoo & conditioner to wash hair.
7.How long will I receive the order when you ship ?
In normal it just needs 2-5 working days you will receive it after ship out, we choose DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT,EMS and so on, in normal we ship package to USA by Fedex, ship package to Europe by DHL, other country by DHL, but if you need Other express company, please message me before ship out, we could choose different express for you.
8.What if I don't want the hair after I receive it?

9.When will I get my refund?
It depends on which payment method you chose.When we inform you that your refund had been completed,your money will usually be returned to the bank card or account you paid for.

a)Refund time: if you used paypal payment when you order hair, the money will refund to your original payment paypal, and you will receive the refund immediately

Refund of Klarna
a)Refund time:If you used klarna payment when you order hair, after return your goods, Klarna will automatically reduce the amount you own immediately.
If you already paid for a refunded order, Klarna will refund the balance back to your original payment method immediately.
