Return/Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is always our goal! Vanlov hair hopes every customer have a nice shopping experience here. So if you have any problem with the product or service, please feel free to contact us. We guarantee money back on all acceptable returns.Below is our Return & Exchange policy.

Firstly Please Read the Tips Carefully:

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges & returns of the wigs and hair that have NOT been washed, used, conditioned, installed, colored, bleached, worn,tampered, altered and the lace have NOT been cut. Since Human hair wigs are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

Our refund and return/exchange policy lasts 30 calendar days when you receive packages. In order to ensure your shopping experience and protect your rights and interests, please complete the return operation within 30 calendar days. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

NO return & exchange for cap size customized wigs.

NO return & exchange for clearance products.

Order Cancel and Exchange

1.If you cancel order or exchange before we ship out(subject to the system send you tracking number), we will full refund to your original payment immediately or exchange hair for you, it is free.

2.Orders can't be canceled or exchange once the parcel is shipped out (system has sent you tracking number), if you want to refund, please return it back, and it will apply the "refund and return policy"

Notice:

For custom items (colorful hair and wigs, such as red,blue,green,ombre hair), it could not be cancelled or exchanged.

If you want to return an item without any quality problem for exchange within 30 calendar days once it is received, please send an email to this email address with your order number return entitled: support@vanlovhair.com we will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee. Return/refund for quality problem Please send us an email with your order number entitled if the item you received has any quality problem such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.

Return & Exchange Process(How to Make A Return/Exchange)

Step 1

Please contact our customer service within 48 hours after you received your package via email at support@vanlovhair.com to explain the reason for the return/exchange. 

Step 2

Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 1-3 working days (a few days longer when during the vacations). After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return Authorization Number.

Step 3

Please ship the returned wig back to the address we gave you.

  • *We DO NOTaccept the return packages by freight collect. For non American customers, we suggest you ship your package by postal express, which will be a little cheaper than Fedex, Ups, DHL and etc.

Please do email us the tracking number to support@vanlovhair.com after shipping out your returned package.

And please shipping out your returned package within the next 3 working days after contact us Or your package will be rejected, and which will influence your refund. Thanks for your understanding!!!    

Step 4

After receiving the returned package, we will arrange the refund within 7 working days if you just request return.

We will arrange the exchange within 7 working days for return & exchange. 

Who Pay For Return/Exchange Shipping Charge ?

1: 30 calendar day no reason refund and return(For customer remorse)

(custom items are not applicable)

✓ buyer pay for shipping charge when return, if buyer exchange hair, please pay for return shipping charge and seller shipping new hair shipping charge.

2.Seller shipped wrong color/length/hairstyle to me(Item not fit description)

✓seller pay for return shipping charge and exchange new hair shipping charge if buyer choose exchange hair, please contact with us before return.

3.The hair quality problems(For defective products)

✓seller pay for new hair shipping charge if it is hair quality issue, please provide pictures or video, it will be easier to process it.

When Will I Get Refund After Return

After receiving the returned package, we will arrange the refund within 7 working days if you just request return. And you will receive the refund in different time as different payment method, please check the detail time below refund policy in the page

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will refund to you immediately after you confirmed, but when you receive the money depend on your payment.

1.Refund of Paypal

a)Refund time: if you used paypal payment when you order hair, the money will refund to your original payment paypal, and you will receive the refund immediately

2.Refund of Credit or Debit Card:

a)Refund time:We will refund the balance back to your original credit card payment method, and in normal it needs 1-7 working days to receive your money, specific time is up to your credit card company.

b)Refund fee: No refund Fee

3.Refund of Klarna

a)Refund time:If you used klarna payment when you order hair, after return your goods, Klarna will automatically reduce the amount you own immediately.

If you already paid for a refunded order, Klarna will refund the balance back to your original payment method immediately.

4.Refund of Afterpay

a)Refund time:If you used afterpay payment when you order hair, after return your goods, afterpay will automatically reduce the amount you own immediately.

If you already paid for a refunded order, afterpay will refund the balance back to your original payment method immediately.

5.Refund of Cash App

a)Refund time:If you used cash app payment when you order hair, after return your goods, cash app will automatically reduce the amount you own immediately.

If you already paid for a refunded order, cash app will refund the balance back to your original payment method immediately.

6.Refund of Venmo

a)Refund time:If you used venmo payment when you order hair, after return your goods, venmo will automatically reduce the amount you own immediately.

If you already paid for a refunded order, venmo will refund the balance back to your original payment method immediately.

7.Late or Missing Refund

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
