Shipping Policy

Standard processing time is between 2-5 working days, Monday through Friday 10 am to 4 pm Eastern Standard Time. We do not process on the weekends or holidays. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please plan accordingly.

Although we try to get your hair to you as fast as humanly possible, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always best to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.
We always ship from warehouses located in CA, USA or China. USA customers orders always ship out from USA by USPS or UPS, unless there is no stock, we will ship out from China. Other country orders will ship out from China, by DHL, UPS, TNT. The warehouse of USA.

Cancel & Exchange Order Notice:

1.If you cancel order or exchange before we ship out(subject to the system send you tracking number), we will full refund to your original payment immediately or exchange hair for you, it is free.

2.Orders can't be canceled or exchange once the parcel is shipped out (system has sent you tracking number), if you want to refund, please return it back, and it will apply the "refund and return policy"

Notice:

For custom items (colorful hair and wigs, such as red,blue,green,ombre hair), it could not be cancelled or exchanged.

Order Processing Time

If you place the order on Weekend or Chinese holidays,your order will be dispatched on the next working day.In some cases delivery may take longer than stated due to security and customs clearance.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

We want to make sure you receive your new hair, so make sure you enter the correct shipping address and correct contact name of the person who will be able to receive it. And all the express do not accept Po.box address, it is not same. This is your responsibility. Triple check it!!

If you make a mistake, or things change, write to us immediately at support@vanlovhair.com and we may be able to modify your order. We can’t make any promises, as we process and ship our orders as fast as possible, but we’ll do our best for you!

  • One day in a week won't process orders-- U.S Saturday. Shipping companies all close on Sunday. Please choose the right shipping method with concern after Friday.
  • Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales & holidays. 
  • Discounts cannot be applied or changed after you've made your purchase.
  • Multiple discounts cannot be applied to orders.
  • Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after placement when phone number missingor unclear address. Longer than that, order will be canceled and money will be returned accordingly. So pls make sure that you leave correct shipping address and telephone number when place order.

The following conditions will be borne by the buyer:

  1. If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the buyer.
  2. The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.

·  Taxes and Duties Policy

  • At Vanlov Hair, we ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). This means that international customers may be inclined to pay inbound duties and taxes to local Customs authorities on your total order amount. Sometimes, the courier may pay these fees in advance, on your behalf, in order to clear customs faster. You may be required to pay these fees prior to being able to receive the delivery. The rate of these fees are applied by your country and we are unable to advise on how much they might be. This is normal for international purchases. Vanlov Hair does not collect from these incurred expenses. These taxes are non-refundable in case of return/exchange.
  • If your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped,Vanlov will charge you for postage. If you refuse payment of any incurred custom fees and Vanlov receives the product back, Vanlov will charge you the cost of the initial postage and a 10% restock fee.
  • International delivery to certain countries may take significantly longer than indicated due to customs delays, among other reasons.
  • Spain and Italy government require a fumigation certificate to be included in the parcel as they have strict rules regarding human hair. If you have your parcel sent to Spain or Italy the cost is $50 AUD for your product to be fumigated and the certificate to be authorized. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to complete this process before we can send your parcel. This cost is calculated at the checkout. The Express Shipping is still free. 
  • South America and Africa is charged tax very strictly, we suggest customers pay more attention on your country tax policy.
